Silky Sweet Story
Matthew Ryan Fischer
Of all his victims, Sheila was Robert’s favorite. Her
hair was soft and long and hung down her back to her waist. He loved the feel
of it and loved touching it. After he killed her, he sewed her hair into a shirt
he was working on. He thought this would give him a lasting connection to his
many failed loves (or victims, depending on perspective). But when he put the
shirt on, his victims’ ghosts had other plans. The shirt constricted, choking
him tightly. He struggled but could not remove it. The ghosts had him. Sheila
controlled the collar and made Robert suffer, prolonging his death for as long
as possible. Slowly Robert passed, all the while thinking just how nice the
shirt felt against his skin.
